The 26 years old Liverpool forward has moved to Anfield on 2 January 2013 from Chelsea after signing a long-term contract for an undisclosed fee thought to be in the region of £12 million. The recent rumours and news posted by The Sun has claimed that he is on PSG radar as they prepare for the departure of Edinson Cavani, who is expected to leave France and is all set to move to the Premier League this summer.

As far as PSG is concerned if Cavani leaves PSG it will open up a space in PSG’s squad and Sturridge is at the top of the list of potential replacements.

A major problem PSG will face in signing the Liverpool forward is that he signed a new five year contract worth £150,000 a week at Anfield last season and Jurgen Klopp the current manager of Liverpool has made it clear that he does not want to sell the striker.
