Liverpool get another dent in its squad after Jorden Henderson’s recent injury

Jordan Henderson

Jorden Henderson is an English professional footballer who plays for Liverpool and the England national team as a midfielder. He has undergone an injury scare on the eve of England’s first Euro 2016 qualifier against Switzerland.

The central-midfielder hurt his right ankle after turning away from a tackle and was sent back from England’s final training session in Basle on Sunday night.
Henderson will now take a late fitness test before the Group E game to see if he has any chance of being involved. The Centre midfielder injury is a setback for both Liverpool and England.

Brendan Rodgers has already lost striker Daniel Sturridge for three weeks after the striker was injured on international duty. Now they are worried about Henderson injury scare and hoping his early return in Premier League clash with Aston Villa on Saturday evening.

  2. Hmm it appears like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any tips for newbie blog writers? I’d really appreciate it.|
