F1 Austrian Grand Prix,Rosberg tops FP1.
Nico Rosberg has gone quickest in the first practice session in Austria Grand Prix 2015. The German driver was 0.3 seconds clear of partner Lewis Hamilton. Third place went to Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen; however there were some problem for the other Ferrari of Sebastian Vettel. There were two or three establishment laps in the opening minutes; Daniil Kvyat was first out on track for Red Bull.
Minutes into the session, Alonso backed off on track and drifted back to the pits with the car in neutral. Fortunately, he found himself able to make utilization of the declining last division with a specific end goal to effectively recover the car for checks and to attempt to get it repaired back.
Yet more drama would happen in the opening 30 minutes. Ferrari Team Principal Maurizio Arrivabene left his roost on the pitwall to cross back to the carport, however neglected to notice that Williams’ Felipe Massa was leaving his pit box. Massa pushed for the brakes to avoid from hitting Arrivabene while he escaped quickly from there. However in the end, Massa gave thumbs up by way of apology.
Nasr, Maldonado, Massa, Bottas & Verstappen made up rest of the top ten. With simply over 30 minutes remaining, Lewis Hamilton began a raced to attempt to decrease the shortfall to Nico Rosberg.
