Pascal Wehrlein will return to action in the Bahrain Grand Prix after being absent from the first two races of the 2017 Formula 1 season

The German driver has missed the first two rounds of the season after injuring his back following an accident in January’s Race of Champions in Florida.
He had been replaced at Sauber by Ferrari reserve Italian Antonio Giovinazzi, who finished 12th in Australia and retired in China last weekend after crashing early in the race.
On Tuesday, Sauber confirmed that Wehrlein is fit enough to take part in the 2017 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix.
