Jenson Button moves to ‘Top Gear’?

Button linked with ‘Top Gear’ Presenter role 

Formula One driver for McLaren-Honda and 2009 race champion Jenson Button has been connected with a stun move from Formula One to television moderator’s seat. According to the Daily Mail he might join the British popular TV show “Top Gear”.

“Top Gear” is a motoring show which is broadcast by BBC in United Kingdom. It was first started in 1977 till then on the verge of completion of 22 series. The television series produced by BBC Midlands, based at Pebble Mill.

As of 28 June 2015, 176 episodes of the series have been broadcast, spanning 22 series. BBC sacked their presenter Jeremy Clarkson and co-hosts Richard Hammond and James May earlier this year. On other hand button has also linked up with Williams.

The Daily Mail claims Button is currently “in talks with the BBC about co-presenting Top Gear”.
