Yaya Sanogo has joined Crystal Palace on loan until the end of the season
Yaya Sanogo is a French professional footballer who recently joined Crystal Palace from Arsenal as a striker. The 21-year-old had a rough last season with Gunners. He has only made six appearances, scoring just one goal against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.
Sanogo was linked with a move to his native France to join Bordeaux but Gunners boss Arsene Wenger wanted to loan him out to an English club. Availing of the opportunity Alan Pardew the Crystal Palace manager made Sanogo his first signing of this season.
Speaking about his move to Palace Sango said, “When the Arsenal manager spoke with me about Crystal Palace I was very happy because I want to play more games,”
“I think Palace are a good team, I watched the game against Tottenham and it was a great performance from the guys.”
“I hope I can help the club have a successful second half of the season.”
