Real Madrid hoping to close with a swap deal of Karim Benzema for Manchester United’s David De Gea

David de Gea is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for English club Manchester United. He has just one year left on his contract at Manchester United. In the recent past De Gea’s agent Jorge Mendes has told Manchester United the Spanish goalkeeper wants to leave. Even the Spain international himself has already informed the board of his desire to sign for Madrid. Real Madrid is also seems to be energetic in signing David de Gea but Manchester United are doing what they can to stop the keeper from quitting Old Trafford this summer.

The story leads to another chapter when Real Madrid offers Karim Benzema in pursuit of bringing David De Gea on Bernabéu. According to Spanish newspaper AS, United’s interest in Benzema will “accelerate” De Gea’s move to Spain. Both players are reportedly valued at around £30million . AS infer that Real will talk to United about Benzema if the Premier League club cooperate over De Gea.
