Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid will face a year ban from transfer window for repeated violations of the rules and regulations of FIFA regarding the transfers of international youth players, according to a report. The ban will take effect from upcoming summer transfer window and continue till January signing period.
FIFA conditions for signing international youths:-
• the player’s home is less than 50 kilometers from the national border being crossed.
• the player’s parents have moved to a country for their own non-related reasons
• if a player is aged between 16 and 18, the moves can only takes place within the European Union
Last year, Barcelona is facing transfer ban for the breach of a number of these violations. The Spanish Club cannot sign any new players until January 2016.
European and world champions completed the early signings of Lucas Silva, Martin Odegaard and Danilo in recent months. But, the €30 million-transfer of Danilo cannot be confirmed until the summer, however any punishment imposed by FIFA would likely not come into force until an appeal to CAS was heard.
Where both the Spanish Clubs have dismissed reports of Fifa ban from the next two transfer windows over breaches of rules on the signing of overseas under-18 players.
