Kohli is currently in Mumbai batting in the nets under the watchful eyes of India’s greatest batsman Sachin Tendulkar, trying to eliminate the flaws that have crept into his batting.
Virat Kohli struggled during the England tour, repeatedly falling to deliveries outside-off and could manage just one half-century score. He worked on his off-stump game and batted on the fastest wicket.
Lalchand Rajput, who is the batting coach of Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) special academy, was present at the Bandra-Kurla Complex where Kohli trained hard.
Rajput said: “Virat was here for an intense session today. Sachin was present too. He is going to come in for practice over the next two-three days as well.”
