In the final of the World Badminton Championship in Jakarta the World no two Saina Nehwal lost to world number one Carolina Marin of Spain. The Indian lost by 16-21, 19-21 after a brave fight against Spaniard.
This was the first silver medal for Indians after four Bronze at World Badminton Championships since the start of championship in 1977.

Sania Nehwal Thanks her coach Vimal Kumar after winning silver at World championship.
